Would you consider her overweight?

Would you consider our mare to be overweight? To me her topline seems kind of level, which I'm not sure if that's just conformation issue or because she's chunky

her neck seems fine (not spongey or anything), so what do yall think?

In my experience that is THE best weight for a happy, healthy broodmare. If you were going to show her she'd maybe need to lose a few though! Pretty girl!!
