what photoshop program do you use? im looking for a program that has the tool to cut things out, and blur.. i dont think i made sense but. anyone?

I use Photoshop 7.0

I use Photoshop elements 5.0 But if your looking to just do your own editing without paying the high prices, you could check out gimp. Its a free program and is similar to photoshop. It will allow you to crop and blend things.

I found a free program you can download that is fairly easy to use.

Its called Serif Photoplus 5.5.

Yeah, I have used GIMP and it's pretty good! I started with the online tutorials that i found with google... wish i had more time to use it, it has good results.
