What on earth happened to X Factor?

ANyone else lose the end of X Factor last night? I had it DVR-ing and luckily I gave it more time...BUT....in the middle of the show it kept going back to the baseball game (maybe a couple of times and towards the last 15 minutes it totally cut out to accomodate that new sit com named Mindy or something like that. Like...what happened to Cece Frey and the other gal that were suppose to go neck and neck? For some reason they don't do X Factor On Demand.

I saw something on the news ticker about that this morning....something about baseball preempting xfactor. I don't know...I don't watch either....

Thank you Kathryn! Now I can set my DVR yo record it again so I can see the last 15 minutes of it. What a mess that was!
