Our first mare due to foal has been in the barn under camera for 2 weeks and still hasn't foaled. She is now at 332 days and still holding out. Her hardness tests ready and her pH is just now starting to drop. So it figures we went to the pastures Sunday afternoon and found a maiden mare had foaled at 310 days and she was being a very protective new mama. Typical maiden mare showing minimal signs of foaling. Here are the proud parents and the new filly.
Sire: Thousand Oaks Sterling Silver
Dam: Thousand Oaks Lancelots Lady Juliet
Here is the filly, still a little wobbly at 2 days old...........
Thanks for letting me share!
