Good News!
The Congress Pot Luck Luncheon WILL be held on Thursday August 3, 2006! Around Noon. The response to my plea on this board, and others has been very gratifying, with a wonderful variety of dishes being promised. If you haven't responded yet, with a dish, be sure and bring one by to be able to join in on the fun, friendship, and fellowship of this annual event. The name of the grocery store is Schnucks instead of Smuckers" as previously posted...with a WIDE variety of choices for redi-made dishes to be purchased.
Karen and I look forward to meeting and greeting old friends, and making new ones. We will see everyone in Lake St Louis in a few days.
For those of you that are concerned about some of the dishes you might bring...rest assured there will be 2 or possibly 3 full sized fridges there to keep everything from spoiling and to keep dishes that contain mayonaise cold.
