Tail Wraps

Hi, My mini sits back on the door of the horse trailer and rubs his tail hairs out. Can anyone tell me what works best? Thanks Debbie

When we braid the biggie tails we wrap them from the dock to the base of the tail bone in an ace bandage. It gets to be a bit of an art, but once you get it, it's really easy. Just make sure you don't get the ones with the clips. We get the bandages with the little rubber grip strip and if the horse is a bad rubber, secure with a strip of duct tape (Not a whole circle, just a little strip to hold the end to the rest of the wrap!!!)
