Before you say it, I have misplaced my rulebook, hence why I'm asking here. I'll have to go digging for it, but til then, maybe someone can help?
Currently, is frozen semen usable in AMHR horses? Can a foal bred from frozen semen be registered? And what if the stallion has been since gelded or died? Is it the same in all aspects as cooled AI semen?
