I bought a few compressed bails of alfalfa like I usually do and when I opened them up, this time
they fell apart and were almost total green powder inside, a whole load of waste.
They were nice and leafy around the edges
and smelled great and looked perfect until I cut that wire. What happened?
I have purchased compressed bails like this in the past and this never happened before.
Just wondering what could have gone wrong; if they squeezed it too tight or if it was at bailing?
