PSP tubes

A couple of years ago someone posted a link to a site where you could download tubes for PSP, a bubble and a sparkle that made really nice Christmas avatars. I added them to our PSP program, but when our computer crashed this year we lost them. Does anyone know where I can download them again?

Tubes are built in 'pictures' that can be applied to various aspects of paint shop. (inside lettering, in specified areas, or on a picture surface)

For instance, here, on this mock cover for a novel the fire is a picture tube (several layers of it).
