Ok, I'm 20 years old and I have been training horses on the side and I'm trying to find another way to make money. My mom came up with the idea of taking our pony to kids birthday parties for pony rides. We have the pony, saddle, horse trailer, and truck.

I was wondering how you would do the release forms. Do you have ALL the parents sign release forms, or just the person who hires you?

Really right now I'm trying to figure out if it would work out or not. If anyone has had experience doing this and has some pointers, or info that would be awesome!

I know there are a lot of insurance issues with doing pony rides. You'd have to research local regulations to find out exactly what you would need and for liability waivers you would need to contact an attorney.
