New to AMHA

Do I need to get the farm prefix listed on the work order? My horses' papers are just in my personal name, though I listed my farm name also on the transfer.

The farm name is not so important to me for the yearlings I have now, but when I start having little ones born I'd like my farm name to be on their papers.

The only way I believe your farm name would be invlolved is if you reserve your prefix with AMHA which is I believe $50? Also if you register your horse's foals you can use your farm name. I don't think anymore they will let you use farm names on transfers.

Edited to add: You do not have to reserve it. It's just a way to where you are the only person who can use that prefix.
