Need Real Estate Attorney Referral

Hello everyone,

Well this is just a nightmare. We were relocated for my husbands job and were unable to sell our house before we moved. So we listed it for sale or lease as we needed to close ASAP on our new house. Well the tenants defaulted on the lease so now we are drowing trying to make two house payments. I would like to talk to a real estate attorney but can't afford to pay for a consultation fee to who knows how many before we find someone who will want to take this on. Any ideas anyone? Thank you for the help.
