Thank you to everyone who replied to my post about driving and risk assessment! It was a great encouragement.

I do want to learn to drive. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good teacher/trainer in the middle/north Tennessee area? I think this would be the best way for me to proceed based on the advice you all gave. I am about 1 hour north of Nashville TN. Thanks for any recommendations and if you don't want to post them, feel free to PM me.

Just a comment that you don't need to confine your search to trainers of MINIATURES. A local driving club might be a place to ask - or to join.

Good luck and most of all, have fun!

Woodbury doesn't look too far from Nashville. I have personally worked with this lady she's great and LOVES minis and ponies. She has a real down to earth style of teaching that I personally like. Willing to explain things to where you understand it. I'd reccommend her to most anyone in the area. She has come several times over to the Carolina Carriage club for clinics/lessons etc.
