My mini Daisy :)

I made an account on here a while ago and just remembered about it =^)

This is my girl Daisy,,, what do you think of her?

She's a Cat A silver bay pinto filly, 2 years old. This is her pedigree: http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/hiddenhaven+oopzie+daisy

I know she doesn't look like a mini arab or whatever but I love her to bits.

We've done our first season showing this year (for both of us) and she's taught me alot.

Out of about 5 shows we've won 40 ribbons (some we had a couple of judges.)

She means everything to me.

These photos were taken in the summer at her best when she wasn't too fat , 2 of when she was freshly clipped, now she's got a full on winter coat hahah

Hello Shandyhorse!

I loved the photo of your mini - Daisy is darling. Forty ribbons! Wow! That is awesome, you must be very proud. Do you and Daisy have a favorite event?

I know what you mean about learning a lot from our equine friends - how to win/place/lose, how to sweep/shovel/heave, how to laugh/cry, and how to restrain yourself when you feel like using a few words your mother would never have let you utter!

Our grandchildren have had modest success with our little group and also learned a ton. Our youngest granddaughter one day years ago earned a first (blue) and was sad because she really wanted the pink (sixth). I had to laugh as I am typically the 'pink' lady in the family - blue has eluded me but that is ok - like you, I am still learning!

I hope your winter is milder than ours was this past winter...brrrrr....

i think i like doing activity, but my girls not too great at it, no matter how much i practise at home, but same with halter, i can make her stand up perfectly at home but at soon as i've got her in the ring she plays up, i think we both get stage fright lol.

wow, she is sooo cute , AND 40 ribbons. i know what you mean, my Charlie and Roscoe are everything to me. don't know what i would do without them. i think about all the horses that broke my toes and fingers and stepped all over me and i wonder why i waited so long to have minis. they are so sweet and even careful . love mine to death.
