Mineral blocks

I noticed this am that Donte was licking the mineral block in her stall. Is this ok??? She is nursing very well, has put on weight..Oh, by the way..Her diarreha is MUCH BETTER!!!!

We have our foals do that not all but a lot will at around a week or so l'm not sure if they need it or are just exploring. l only get the top half of the photo on my screen so can't see the baby.
