Measureing height

Could someone upload a photo or diagram showing where on the withers you're supposed to measure a horses height?

If you are measuring a Mini, you measure at the last mane hair--fairly easy to find.

All other horses--top of the wither, which is easiest to find if the horse doesn't have his head up high--if the head is not too high the top of the wither is easy to feel--there will be a bit of a dip in front of the wither and you meadure at the highest point behibd that. If the head is too high that dip isn't noticeable and you might be inclined to measure too high. I did have a book with a diagram in it but I know I sold that book; perhaps someone else will have one.
