I was wondering if anyone else heard the new kenny chesney song 'who youd be today'. What do you guys think of it. Personally i dont think ive ever not liked any of chesneys song. Its a really good song. I think this is his best song yet.

Sunny days seem to hurt the most

Wear the pain like a heavy coat

I feel you everywhere I go

See your smile, I see your face

I hear you laughing in the rain

Still can't believe your gone

(Chorus:)

It ain't fair you died to young

Like a story that had just begun

But death tore the pages all away

God knows how I miss you

All the heck that I've been through

Just knowing, no one could take your place

Sometimes I wonder, who you'd be today

Would you see the world

Would you chase your dreams

Settle down with a family

I wonder what would you name your babies

Someday's the sky's so blue

I feel like I can talk to you

And I know it might sound crazy

(Chorus)

Sunny days seem to hurt the most

I wear the pain like a heavy coat

The only thing that gives me hope

Is I know, I'll see you again someday

Someday, someday

That is a beautiful song! And I love the video too.

I will be listening for that one on the radio. I love the words. I lost my father who was my best friend, in Dec 2004 and even though one verse doesn't apply, the main gist of the song hits clost to home. Thanks for sharing.

I really liked that song when I first heard it.

I love Kenny Chesney

I am also loving Luke Stricklin's 'American by God's Amazing Grace,' definately not a song an athiestic, America-hating liberal would like though
