Just have not looked at these for years.

My Father was so proud of his Dad my grandfather.

George R. Lowrey I think they made a mistake in the paper. My dad always spelled it this way not Lowery..

He was reported Killed but later was located by relatives in India where he served eight years with his regiment, the Durham light Infantry. During the Boer War he served under General Buller and General Robert

Thanks so much, never met my grand father.

I can see my father looks just identical to his father.

If my grandfather was anything like his son, I know he was a wonderful man.

My dad has been gone about 22 years.
