I believe there is a Larry Parnell video on driving. I have also seen other books on driving minis, though I can't recall their names.

I have the DVD entitled: Breaking and Training the Driving Horse. It was obviously made a long time ago but I had NO IDEA how to drive and I figured it out using this DVD. There is also an accompanying book which I used but if you are going to buy one or the other - buy the DVD. There may be better ones out there but this one sure has worked well for me so far.
