Help my horse is biting me and tries to kick me!

for the Quarter horse...2 1/2 year untrained horse for a 13 year old daughter...I suggest in upgrading the medical coverage...sorry but that was NOT a good idea. By the way my friend Allison is still not awake from her coma...its been over a month....horses are dangerous people ..untrained horses are like bombs .

Thanks, Krissy, he is not strong enough to overpower me, so yes I can pick up his leg, etc.

Update: took him to the vet today and had him gelded. I will let you all know if that helps the behavior as well. Poor guy. I feel bad for doing that to him, lol. I think mostly our issue is a lack of training though. I don't think gelding him will make a huge difference. But we will see
