For those that do Photo Edits

I am looking for a quality Photo Editing program, to make quality Collages, ads etc. Change backgrounds for ads, and still look nice like ads that you see in the mags. Let me know what you use, and possibly a picture showing what you've done with it. THANKS!

If you want the best go with Photoshop CS4 ( or one of the earlier versions). It is pricey but is the industry standard.
