It was brought to my attention by my Step father that the peaches off the peach trees have been going missing. Our initial thought was the bugs and the birds were eating them. I thought it was time to get to the bottom of this, so I sat with my camera, hiding within the trees.

I cought the culprits in the act!

He appeared to be a 34" grey haired male going by the name of Shyan with a female accomplise, Pippi, 33" who appeared to be of milano coloring.

Warning these photos you are about to see are of a graphic nature and should only bee seen by miniature horse lovers.

No horses were harmed in this investigation. The peaches could not be recovered.

Here the culprit was found trying to shake the peaches from the trees.

Not only are the pictures awesome but your story telling is fabulous! LOL Put a smile on my face this dreary rainy day - great investigator you are!

I'd enter a couple of those photos in a contest or the fair for sure! Just fantastic! I so enjoyed the story and pictures!

It's an adorable picture!!!! But...please know that the pits of peaches contain cyanide (please google peach pit + cyanide).

For a long time my horses kept colicking and I could not figure out why - turns out I had loquat trees nearby and they were eating the fruit and the pits, which contained cyanide, too.

So just a word of caution as I know you love your furfriends!

Had something similar here a couple years ago. Except that it was a big pear tree that had a LOT of pears on it at one time, but none to be seen either on the tree or under it. The culprit here was a big horse. No cute of crime scene photos like you have though.

Too funny!
Is pippi pintaloosa? I noticed the lacy markings on her back spot.
We don't know what pippi is. She was a pet that they were training to assist a wheelchair bound women. The friend who cared for the horses was selling her 2 minis she had. My boyfriend fell in love with Pippi asked if she would sell. She doesn't have any spots, but has gotten the lacing alot more since last year.

Thank you for informing me. Another forum member was kind enough to message me on this subject as well. Now that I know I'm going to do just that. Research it and keep them away. Well and my step father would die if he saw the horses attacking his peaches again. lol!

Thats was hilarious!!! I loved the story and pics.
