Cart Size?

Are these measurements pony or mini size?

The cart has 24" x 1.75 wide hard rubber (never flat) bicycle tires.

The seat is 40" wide.

The shanks are 5' long.

The shanks are hour glass shape with them 30" wide at the seat. 22" wide in the 3/4 the way down. Then expanding to 24" wide at

I would think pony sized.

my cart is 40" (seat) and shanks are 50"...my "mini" is 38"
