Can someone tell me something about this horse?

I have a neighbor that has an older stallion for sale. His owner said he's triple registered: AMHR, AMHA, WCHR. His name is Rollin Acres (Hills?) Red Head. He's a red and white medicine hat. He apparently throws a lot of black and white. I'd love a look up, or whatever you can tell me about this guy, where he comes from, and his babies.

I know this wasn't part of your question, but just so you know, if he is red and white, he doesn't carry a black gene. The only reason he is producing black based horses is because he's being bred to black based mares and they are passing the gene on.
