"Bobbin" for grain

Someone gave us this little pool today so I thought I'd see if any of the "kids" liked it. None of them seemed overly thrilled but it was fun to watch.

Rudy and Vayda

Buddy, Reggie, and Peatrie

Buddy's front feet were in and Reggie was still trying to figure it out

Then we played a game called "bobbin" for grain

It was pretty funny to watch them all chase that bucket of grain around the pool without "going in too far" lol

I guessed that Peatrie would have went in first because she loves new things but she didn't go in once

Buddy loved it though

I was pretty excited to see what they would do with it. It just made me miss having a horse

Horses have so much more personality than cows. Miss Melody would have given me quite the little show if she was here. It made me miss her very much

There seems to be a trade off though since the cows are much less maintenance but much less exciting to watch as well
