Hi...I am trying to help a friend find a barn camera and see others are having the same the same issues. I am hoping by asking others what they use and about their barns we can locate the perfect one for her since there are numerous ones.
Here's what I have:
Metal sheeted barn that we have cut a hole in and replaced with plexiglass. Barn to house distance is about 100ft. I have a B & W, wireless camera by First Alert that will rotate 3 different camera. I have a monitor in the house that sits close to the window, when we move the monitor to the bedroom at night we have to leave the mini blind up for a clear shot to the barn. If the mini blind is down we don't get a picture.
It has sound, however, I don't use it as it's just static noise unless someone whinnies. I got it new off ebay several years ago and I don't see that model anymore, they've upgraded.
So, what do you have? Likes and dislikes?
