Long story short, I have chronic Lyme and all the lovely arthritis that goes with. My ins will no longer let me see my specialist ( after a decade, thank you very much) and the local Drs do not believe in chronic Lyme 'it must be something else'. So now I am rather in deep doo-doo.

I have had sciatic problems, but if I keep up my excersise, stretching and yoga, its rather rare. However, the last few weeks everytime I go to long for a bit I get a very low and deep pain across the base of my tailbone and it seems across to my hips. Walking becomes rather painfull. Yesterday this pain came while I was grocery shopping and very nearly brought me to tears as well as making my legs just not want to work quite right. This is new to me.

I was wondering if anyone else has this? I especially wonder if this would be a physical problem that may not be normally associated with my Lyme arthritis. Last year I went to a Dr for migraines and the minute I told him I had Lyme, he blew me off as a nut case and caused months of insurance hassles and is probably why I cant see my specialist anymore. Sure am hoping I can deal with this the same as I do with my sciatic pain. TIA!! Heather
