Deb and I are looking to buy a house (farm) and are looking into any programs we may qualify for for a 0%-3% down. Anyone that knows of any please let me know...I can get you details privately for specific programs. This will be for a Florida property.

I used to do mortgages before I got into what I do now... but it's been since 1995. I could probably help you with questions, should they come up, on title (give you insight into what to be sure about), but other than that, it's a whole new came now days.

Your best bet is asking a realtor or a mortage loan officer. They are always up on the lastest. My son just found out gobs of great info as he's also trying to buy his first home. Glad he asked before he jumped in. Good luck!
