A word of advice

Yes, this is mini horse related (or in our case it is). Just wanted to remind everyone to back up their computer and put files & PICTURES on disks. We've recently lost EVERYTHING! All of our pictures of our horses, foaling records, health records. It just makes me sick to my stomach!! Don't make the same mistake we did.

Janis, I'm so sorry this happened to you, but thank you for thinking of others and reminding us to do our backups. It IS important!

Backing up is very important. I have ALOT of stuff on mine and use to never back up, then a year ago my computer crashed. Thankfully I know a guy and he saved my files, but it was a real eyeopener. Now, I back up every 2 weeks to a month.

i have not start using the computer for us just yet. I have been hand writing everything. I am going to use the computer in the future. Thanks for sharing great information with us.we burn the photos to CDs
