How the heck does someone accumulate that many dogs and no one notices??? The owners are not being charged??

This just makes me sick, I'm sick and tired of these hoarders and puppy millers getting away with cruelty. How would they like to live in a cage all of their life?

I'm so tired of hearing "but we're a rescue, that got out of hand" give me a break do they really think people are that stupid??

That is horrible! However, the article does not say they are not being charged it just says they haven't been charged. So, perhaps they are putting things together still to charge them. I certainly hope so.
