Our 2012 foaling season here was short and very, very sweet. ;-)
On May 5th, in the early morning hours, Jewell had a black and white filly. We'd only just put her in the barn the night before, so she surprised us a little bit! This foal is a full sister to the colt in my avatar, Circle J On The Rocks, and she is a going concern. So friendly and so busy. Introducing Circle J Quintessa!
Then, that same evening, Felizity had a bay filly. She did it SO fast, saw her go down on the camera, raced to the barn and the foal was already out. Baby was standing within 15 minutes - the whole delivery thing never phased either of them. This filly is absolutely a spitting image of her full sister from last year, Circle J Persnickety. We had a slight break before baby number three. Barbie foaled on May 14 in the middle of the afternoon. I'd been telling her that I wanted one just like her yearling, Circle J Pippa, only with longer legs because Pippa is gorgeous but only 28" tall. I put in requests all the time, and it never works .... until now! I am head over heels in love with this girl, only 3 more years til I can drive her! ;-) Introducing Circle J Qatiana!
