Bringing a gelding onto our property

You may want to require some updated shots/vaccinations (whichever are common for your area )and a coggins, as well. Just a thought!

    First Aid Travel Kit

After seeing your post about a previous topic I went looking. I finally found one, here: http://www.miniaturehorsetalk.com/index.php?showtopic=98293 This is really helpful too, though it's not really about a "travel kit." Glad I found it. Thanks Joanne!

    First Aid Travel Kit

I'm moving from Florida to Virginia in a couple of weeks and I'm trying to put together a first aid kit to keep in the trailer, just in case. (I like to be prepared!) I've never traveled long distance with any of my minis, so I'm not really sure what to have on hand. I'm relatively new to the...

how high can a mini jump ?/photo of part of fence

One of my guys in 34" and has nailed 3'. However, I agree with everyone else. It's more likely he went under. I've seen a mini lay on his side and slide right under a fence.

    Help!

P.S.-regarding shots/vaccinations, I've just had his coggins updated, and also he just got his EWT/Rhino & Flu and West Nile shots. Is there anything additional a horse should have for farther north? Whooo, I'm a little nervous about all these moving technicalities. Renegade and I have never...

    Help!

Bevann: Thank you, I appreciate the generosity.Though that's a bit far for me to board. (I <3 my boy and want him close to me!) I've found a temporary place to board him, but it's outrageously expensive. Nokesville wouldn't be too bad, I mapped it and it looks as if it'll be within an hours...

    Help!

Hello all! I'm new to the forum. I just discovered it a few days ago while snooping around online, and it was just too good to pass up. Anyways, ya'all seem like a very helpful bunch, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to see if anyone can answer a few questions for me! I'm a long-time mini owner...
