i also am having this trouble only its his hole neck, he has a vary long vary heavy mane he is a 5 year old though, it happend recently in winter. i dont know what to do about it he also has a farly thin neck

maybe try putting him in a driffrent stall? he may not like the arab or just not like her watching him id try switching his stall with someone
