Are you leaving the letter off? You have to leave the letter off and just put in the number to bring them up by reg. number. The problem could also be that it is a new number, just registered. You can't name search or number retrieve a number that has been issued for 30 days or less. There's a way around that though - look up one of the parents and click on progeny.
: The new registrations show up in the progeny report for the parent.
