What happened to "Jenn" the photographer from Canada?

I haven't seen posts from Jenn, the photographer and writer from Canada, lately. I LOVED her photos and her updates of her daughter. Is everything ok? For the life of me, I cannot remember her farm name or web site. Anyone?
