Out of one of my favorite mares, Los Arboles Boot Scoot N Babe

This little colt is one of loudest splash overos we have produced!

Two blue eyes, beautiful head!

Boots had no milk when he was born. He had to be given plasma and a milk supplement while we waited for her milk to come in (she was given meds). It was a very rough few days. He was weak and fainting. I got up every hour to make sure he was nursing and that she was producing enough milk for him. Boots is a proven broodmare and has NEVER had this issue. He fell over one night fainting (I saw it on the barn cam but by the time I ran out there, it was too late....), he scratched his eye and had a bad ulcer. Luckily, it is already healing up well. That is why his eyes are a little runny in the pictures. He has been getting eye ointment. He is very happy, doing much better and such a LOVE bug. He looks just like his daddy!......and well his momma too!
