How can I get his stomach tucked up?

He looks fairly tucked up already. I don't think he'll have a slimmer waste.

I agree, it looks pretty tucked up there to me. I have never tried a belly sweat but if you are trying to go with the "extreme" you could try one. I think ss tack sells them.

I would suggest rounding out his top line a bit, and then put some muscling on his hindquarters. That will smooth him out overall and make his belly/body look more streamlined.

work over trot and or canter poles, use a surcingle with side reins . anything to make the horse collect itself and really use their muscles.
