All of our crew are looking like yaks, so I thought I'd share some of my recent favorites. I also recently brought my Appaloosa gelding home from the boarding barn, and introduced him to my to old mares. Makes for some interesting photos lol.

Waiting for Nanny to pick us up, played a little in the outdoor ring.

Within 5 minutes they were all sharing hay. So much for fireworks.

My paint mare, Annie, being a witch. One minute she's flirting and in heat, the next she hates his guts. Poor kid.

Five of the six, looking at the new woodpile.

Magic, my grade shetland that I've had for 17 years almost. She's a grumpy spoiled brat.

My handsome man. He's incredibly photogenic.

"The Nugget Face". He's so little he sticks his nose up to you to say hi.

I conned them into grooming each other...made them stay close and scratched Chopper's favorite spot. When she realized what she was doing she squealed and went away.

Trying to flirt, again.

That's all for now. I may have more in a few days, it just snowed

Cute, I love the ones of the minis looking away. Also I think your paint mare is lovely.

Thanks

she was my barrel horse for around 10-11 years. Hated her when my grandmother bought her, then I ended up buying her from my grandmother. She's only pasture sound now, she'll be 20 in May. You can kind of see her knee, she got tangled in her stall gate last year and it healed with a lot of scar tissue, her knee doesn't bend well. But she's happy and healthy and still the boss of her little herd. I should've bred her when I had the chance, she's one in a million.
