Saber to join R.E.A.D

I just finished Saber's application to join R.E.A.D (along with our cat, Ben) and if all goes well (ie I didn't fail the written test

) Saber will be helping young students this month read at one or two of the Elementary schools here.

Ben (cat) & Saber are R.E.A.D. (Reading Education Assistance Dogs) animals now.

Yesterday was Ben's 1st time and next week will be Saber's.

The teachers running it at the school will be holding a lottery to see which kids get to read to Saber first.

I hope to be able to have some photos taken with the kids (of course we need permission/release forms to be able to)
