At about 1:30pm on Sunday, November 13th, at the end fo the NYSMHC Year-End awards presentations, Olivia Pringle--the youngest person in the room--selected the winning ticket from a bag she could not see. She selected raffle ticket #0097, purchased by Shirley Wagner of Clarence Center, New York.
