I've seen "Millionaire" make errors before and I don't know where to write in. Aaaaargh. Don't they have a gazillion people checking these facts? I mean, most of the questions aren't even that difficult. Well...tonight they asked, "Seattle, WA is located farther north than one of these Canadian cities: A: Ottawa, B: Toronto, C: Vancouver, D: Montreal

Well...this girl used every life line. I'm screaming TORONTO!!!! So she gives up finally. And the answer comes up as VANCOUVER. Ummmm. Seattle is, like, 100km or more SOUTH of Vancouver. But I actually questioned myself, so, here:

What if this girl had actually said T.O. and gotten it "wrong"? Grrrrrrr.

Someone must have gotten Vancouver, WA (which is south of Seattle) mixed up with Vancouver, BC.

I think that I have seen contestants come back because of errors like that.

I think that I have seen contestants come back because of errors like that.

But...that's a major error. Again, don't they have at least two people fact checking? They should be more careful IMHO.
