Make-do breast pump

On another thread someone mentioned a "made do" or substitute breast pump.. Please clue me in on what you can use.

I have also heard you can use a 60cc syringe with the tip cut off. I don't know what the link said, don't have time to look right now, but this might help.

You have the start of it.... but you need to flip the rough-cut end around so the soft side is the one up against the mare's udder.
