Last night's AMHA World BOD meeting

: I was told they AMHA had set up a Board of Directors meeting that was open to all members for Tuesday (last) night at the World show. Surposedly to clear up some of the rumors, etc. regarding the new plans for operations within AMHA. I am not able to be at the show so just wondering what took place. Anyone know?

A computer software company gave a demo. The board went through the old minutes to determine when and if the performance futurity had been approved. They dtermined that it was. A discussion was held regarding the Futurity. The matter was sent to committee. The committee will probably meet before the end of the show to put ogether a proposal. It was midnight so the mtg was ended.
