IT'S A COLT!!!

Last night. 6/9 in the middle of a thunder storm, including lightning, thunder, loss of power, and even tornado warnings - a miracle happened in the warm cozy barn on the 315th day.



A colt was born.

If you look closely he has a twister/tornado on his head.



We spent quite a while thinking up the perfect name...

Thanks all. I took many recent pictures that I will post early this week. Currently been on foal watch with another mare for a week or so with many more sleepless weeks/nights/days to come. As much as I love foal season, I sure miss my sleep.
