I need "COOKIES"

After computer technician cleaned up computer and removed all the cookies, after "logging in" I no longer stay "logged in" and the "mark as read" feature does not work. What do we need to do do to get the cookies back? Thanks

Not sure if I understand what you mean. Try going up to "tools", "internet options", "privacy" make sure it is set to "medium". Also "Put a Check" on "block popups". See if that helps. If not, you need to explain a little more.
