Buckskin is my favorite color and we have been waiting a long time to get a baby out of my Perlion Stallion, who is a Buck Echo son. We are so proud of our new filly. My father-in-law named her Cookie after his favorite comic "Blondie." Since the mare's name is Blondie, it is fitting to name our little gal Cookie. Thank you for letting me share this picture with everyone and sharing my excitement!

This is our first baby out of our stallion Astro who is a perlino Buck Echo son. We are so pleased with her and she has such a sweet personality. My father-in-law - who has never been around horses - got to see her be born and is smitten with her. He wanted to name her after his favorite comic "Blondie". Since the mare's name is Blondie, he wanted to call her Cookie - so.... Cookie it is
