What are your thoughts on Boehner's lawsuit against Pres Obama to seek to restore the balance of power? The Pres is making his own laws and circumventing both houses. I heard it being called a Ubo Presidency. Anyone?

I remember the first time I heard this guys and thinking, Really? Irrespective of how it is being pronounced, his name pronounced phonetically, is at the very least, unfortunate. It does however comport to his actions and he lives up to that proper pronunciation.
Anything this guy does is wrong because,.......... it has been. Apparently there is no mechanism by which thieves and liars may just simply be arrested, trailed and put in prison. There is no shortage of impeachment material. Heck there wasn't on day one of his presidency. Boehner is a gate keeper. His job is to make sure that the fascists remain in control and work hand in hand with the socialists. This is just another stalling tactic and also serves to keep your mind off of other things.

Actually, taking the President to court is a total waste of time, everything moves at a snails pace and Obama will be out of office before anything is done anyways. The only good thing I can think of is that in the future, any president in office wouldn't be able to go the extremes this one is. There are so many other areas that need taken care of so this distraction is just in the way. Carriage, you sound a lot better educated then me, I just don't seem to be able to express myself as well.

Boehner is a neo-con doing what neo-cons do best. A step above or a step below a rino? I am confused about which rung on the ladder. We need to start electing constitutionalists to all offices, starting at the local level and going all the way to the top. Congressmen can give lots of lip service at election time. What they say depends on what crowd they are speaking to. There are websites you can go to that will let you see their actual voting records. Not electing crooks with their own special interests $$$ is the only way things will ever get turned around. Again, start at the local bottom level. If lying Lois were to actually pay for her dirty deeds maybe some fear would start to resonate upwards. The potus has indeed added new meaning to over-reach of power. But, it started long before him.
Prime example: Congress has the power to declare war, the president does not. How many decades has it been since Congress actually did this rather than the leader of our nation? We fund enemies and send our own soldiers into battle. It is insane. Some of these countries we go into to "spread democracy"? Geez. Executive order is a really bad invention, imho.
If the balance of powers that our founding fathers created had been left alone to perform as intended our states would be in control and would learn from other states successes and failures. We would have no Federal Reserve. We would not have all of the useless federal agencies bankrupting the nation and destroying our freedoms. Soooooooooooo many agencies, soooooooooooo little accomplished. It is like man having dozens of arms rather than just two and they are all reaching into his pockets and all his money gets lost falling to the ground.

Miss Vickie, you speak truth. And the "party" people have no truthful, historical or logical retort. Thus silence.
Years ago, I taught a class at Reed College. I remember speaking to the freedom and Liberty haters having taken control and that they would not just give it up. Says one of my pupils, "NO we won't". And that answer spoke volumes to me. Both parties are the parties of murder and theft.

Part of the problem also, is that no matter what happens, the people of this country look to the fed. gov to bale them out. Bad roads? Turn to Washington, the VA is corrupt, they get raises and the tax payers get to bale the VA out. A problem with illegals, look to Washington. A bad storm destroys property, the states look to Washington to pay for repairs. We, the people need to take care of ourselves and stop looking to Washington to place bandaids on all our scrapes.

These govs are looking to make ALL dependent upon them. That means that Independence IS the best course and way to an abundant life. And that doesn't mean a life full of stuff. Liberty does not require stuff, it only requires a free mind and WILL.
Trust me all these party candidates know this and especially around "election" time. Cause they are saying the right things then. Only to sell you out once ensconced. Case in point, The "O" clearly stated that he was going to change free trade as we knew it. He used language that really caused one to believe that he really WAS going to bring the jobs back. I remember it clearly. Then, not three weeks after the election crime, he was asked about this and started back tracking REAL fast like. Now, today, not one of these monsters in waiting is speaking to the destruction of free trade and ALL are making it MUCH, MUCH worse with the TPP. You were lied to and yet you defend your raper? The fascists/republicans are no better and defend their monster of choice no matter what.
The tragically hilarious part is that the party players keep believing them, every time. They's all banjos and get played every two and four years. I may be high "strung" but ain't nobody playing me and mine that way. Further I will do my part to be as "fret"less as possible about it.

Free trade was a total mistake and I wish I remembered the Pres that proposed it. No jobs, companies go across the border for cheaper wages. I check labels and buy USA made whenever possible. If I have to, I will buy clothes made in Mexico because at least it's nearby. I dislike Walmart but I do see more products with the Made in USA stamped on the front. Only way to go. I'm watching the candidates closely to hear what their stances are. Hopefully one day, someone will stand up for the average citizen. In the beginning I was hopeful that the Tea Party would be that group, but they are as untruthful as the other parties.

I know Lucky. I spoke of this too. The tea party of today was started by and steeped in deception. The truthful tea party was shoved out and the neo's took it over. The Republican party hates Individual Liberty as much as the democrat party. That Bible verse keeps playing through my head these days (para), "There is not even one good"
God's response is a comfort, "I have reserved to myself 400..." I strive to be "in that number"......
