Does this thing NOT have to be signed by the vet ??

And does it seem a little redundant to anyone other than me , so far as recorded owner and then again at the bottom where you sign and then print your name again ... maybe it's just me :stupid

I guess that there is no vet signiture on these...

You have to onthe AMHR ones...

I dont know why they make you print 2 times though. Im sure its nothing big
