He is what's called a Few Spot Leopard Appaloosa. Few Spots are said to be Homozygous for the appaloosa gene/pattern

A True Few Spot should throw lots of appaloosa coloring. They are hard to come by so I truly feel blessed to have had one and an extra plus to be so small
