donkey loosing fluid

does anyone else have this situation? A lot of fluid comes out when he poops, his droppings are 80% of the time normal, I have had his teeth floated , he eats well, grass hay , a handfull of straw , and a feed in small amount and a vitamin , and mineral block if he needs it ...should I be doing anything else? vets in my area are NOT good with horses and donkys... just sheep goats and cows. he is 30 by the way.
